By using thewfhguru.com or buying from Work From Home Guru, you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
We provide remote job leads, résumé services, interview preparation, community access, and coaching. We provide resources and guidance only.
2. No guarantees
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, income, or any specific result. Employers make all hiring decisions. Results depend on you. Job listings come from third parties and can be closed or changed at any time. You are responsible for checking each listing's location, requirements, and work authorization before applying.
3. Services and pricing
Current offers and prices are shown on the site and may change. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Free Discord: free community with sample job leads and updates.
- Paid Discord: 30 days of access per purchase.
- Résumé Revamp: PDF and editable Word résumé, cover letter template, and recruiter email templates. Usual turnaround is 2 to 3 business days after we receive your résumé and all requested information, Monday through Friday.
- Résumé Review + Recruiter Hiring Information: a résumé review, available job details, and recruiter submission instructions. Your résumé must meet the requirements before it is sent forward. A full revamp is a separate service. Hiring details, equipment requirements, and start dates depend on the position.
- VIP Lounge: currently closed to new enrollment. When open, members complete an initial one-on-one session before personalized leads begin.
- Work From Home Mentorship and All-In-One Career Package (limited to five clients per month): details are provided before purchase.
4. Payments, renewals, and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe or our checkout partner. Subscriptions (such as VIP) renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel by emailing serenity@thewfhguru.com before your next renewal date. Paid Discord access ends 30 days after purchase unless renewed.
5. Refunds
The Résumé Review + Recruiter Hiring Information service is nonrefundable. Refund requests for other services are reviewed case by case; contact us at serenity@thewfhguru.com.
6. Recruiter and community content
Recruiter information, job leads, templates, and member materials are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post them. We may remove members who break community rules or misuse content, without refund where permitted by law.
7. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your login private, follow Discord and Skool rules, and do not use our services unlawfully. You are responsible for the truthfulness of your résumé and applications.
8. Messages and calls
By opting in, you agree to receive texts and emails as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link). Calls to our business line may be answered by an automated assistant and recorded.
9. Intellectual property
Our content, branding, and materials belong to Work From Home Guru. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials you purchase.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Services are provided "as is." We are not a law firm, staffing agency, or employer, and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
11. Governing law
Maryland law governs these terms.
